07/01/2008 12:52: I brought my two children with me this morning--ages 6 and 5. Don and Jessica rode with them for the entire trail, and it was wonderful. Everyone at the farm is friendly, kind, and safety-conscious. My children smiled from ear to ear the whole time. The trail is beautiful. We will definitely be back soon. |

06/18/2008 23:30: I took my 10-year old to Dead Broke Farm yesterday for a little mother/daughter time. It was TERRIFIC! Our guide was extremely patient with my daughter's questions and she (and I) felt completely at ease, even though we both have very little previous experience. Both of our horses were gentle and responded to our commands; it was obvious that they are well-cared for and well-trained. Highly recommend the experience. |

He set everything up with the people there and gave me a proposal I will never forget; a proposal of a lifetime. Thank you so much for making that day a day I will never forget!

05/11/2008 01:16: First time riding at Deadbroke farm. Had a wonderful time. Many people who work there are volunteers so they obviously love being around horses. They are very attentive to your needs and your riding level and ability. They will not do anything that you are uncomfortable with. I enjoyed my time there so much that I want to volunteer my time to go there. Its a great experience and much better than many other trail riding horses I have been on. |

04/30/2008 20:43:  I am a voulenteer (spelling?) at Dead Broke Farm and I myself HIGHLY reccomend (spelling?) it!! I am only 14 but I and the other voulenteers love it there and we all have such a great time together!! Grooming horses, riding horses, and just plain hangin' out together!! It is funfun!! Definately a place to go as a beginner and for camps and birthday parties or just regular trail rides!! It's awesome!!

04/05/2008 14:09: I had my daughter decide what we were going to do in North Carolina for our summer trip from Florida to Tennessee to North Carolina to South Carolina and back home. She had decided to pick horseback riding and she found Dead Broke Farm. We had just arrived into the farm, and already we knew she had picked the best place. We had a blast trotting the trails and walking through water. I wish we lived closer, because we would have been there again! I highly reccomend this place and so does my daughter. We even learned a thing or two and it became more experience on horseback.

04/03/2008 21:33: What a joy it was to go riding with the experienced and friendly staff at Dead Broke Farm. My neice and I went out today for an hour long ride and loved every minute of it. Rosie took my neice and that was my neices first time ever on a horse. She is hooked now. She keeps talking about it and asking when we can go back again. I said "honey on my next visit to NC!" I would ride all day long if I could at Dead Broke Farm. It felt like I was at home with the friendliness. Thank you!! |
